Authorship (During COVID Times)

Introduction:

On April 15, 2021, Jane Hartsock, JD, MA, gave a presentation explaining the ethical issues surrounding authorship, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hartsock reviews guidelines for what constitutes 'author' status and identifies ethical obligations. Hartsock reviews cases of research misconduct and discusses models of authorship that reward authentic participation.
