Data Ethics: De-Identification

Introduction:

On October 30th, 2019 Dr. Peter Schwartz, MD, PhD, Director of the Indiana University Center for Bioethics presented, "De-identified Data: Ethics and Regulation." He discussed updates to the Common Rule and how research with de-identified data interacts with the four major principles of research ethics.
