Introduction:

On May 13, 2019, T.J. Kasperbauer, PhD, gave a talk on informed consent for biobanking research. The talk explains how to apply the Common Rule to biobanking projects, including discussion of de-identification, consent waivers, broad consent, and facilitating understanding of consent materials.
