Learning Healthcare Systems: Possibilities and Ethics

Introduction:

On May 25, 2023, Peter Schwartz, MD, PhD, Director, Bioethics and Participant Advocacy Program of the Indiana CTSI; Director, IU Center for Bioethics hosted the latest iteration of IUCB's TREATs talks. In this short talk / discussion, Dr. Schwartz provides a roadmap to the major issues and recommendations by ethicists for those hoping to aid in the transition to learning healthcare systems and for those who will work within these systems in the future.
