Where Should Our Genomics Go...In the Future?

Introduction:

On November 2nd, 2023, Dr. Eric Meslin, PhD, FRSC, FCAHS returned to the IU Center for Bioethics as a guest speaker for Bioethics Grand Rounds, presenting "Where Should Our Genomics Go...In the Future?"

In July 2001, Dr. Meslin arrived in Indianapolis to start the IU Center for Bioethics, beginning a 15-year adventure. This talk offers some reflections on the transformative nature of genomics for bioethics over the last quarter century, and what some of the possible futures might look like.
